G&E AND ITI INTRODUCE RELIABLE POLYMER SERVICES JOINT VENTURE COMPANY

Goldsmith & Eggleton Inc. and Industrial Transportation Inc. (ITI) have announced the formation of a joint venture company – Reliable Polymer Services LP (RPS). This new entity, located in Port Arthur, Texas, will produce reprocessed polymers through a value-added manufacturing process.

G&E and ITI will use their combined strengths to provide polymer producers an efficient, economical conduit to remove their secondary polymers. Then through a unique manufacturing process, RPS will manufacture value-added reprocessed polymers to be sold to processors. G&E will handle the marketing and sales of these materials to the rubber trade. Customers can take advantage of the reliability, quality and economics of these products from the new venture. RPS will also provide the producers of thermoset and thermoplastic elastomers a variety of custom tolling services.
