G&E 1848 Type BMB is a mechanically mixed SBR black masterbatch.  This material can be used to replace SBR-1848 coprecipitated masterbatch in most applications.  G&E 1848 contains 100 parts of SBR and 82.5 parts of N-300 series carbon black and 62.5 parts of aromatic oil.    Low and high mooney versions of this material are available as special order.  You can have a sample of this product sent to you by clicking the "Request a Sample" link at the bottom of this page.

Packaging
Approximately 30"X38"X3/8" slabs on a 4-way entry skid, approximately 2200 lbs. (1 metric ton).  Material may be packaged as 24" wide wig-wag - 2 stacks per pallet, or as perforated slabs which can be easily torn in half to improve handling in the weigh-up area.
